The Suga uses non-invasive sensors to monitor your blood sugar levels through your skin by shining a 650nm wavelength laser light from the bottom of the device into your skin to measure the amount of light that is reflected back. The reflection allows the watch to calculate your blood sugar levels using a special mathematical equation called an algorithm. Simply wear the watch on your wrist and the device will continuously monitor your glucose levels throughout the day.. It then sends this data to an app on your phone, which provides real-time feedback on your glucose levels and can alert you to any changes that may require your attention.

How does the Suga Pro work?
How to calibrate the Suga Pro?
Here are some steps that may be involved in the calibration process:
1. Before calibrating the Suga Pro watch, make sure that your blood glucose levels are stable. This means that you should not have eaten or exercised for at least two hours prior to the calibration.
2. Use a blood glucose meter to take a reading of your blood glucose level.
3. Input the blood glucose reading into the Suga Pro's calibration function. This typically involves navigating to the calibration settings in the smartwatch's menu and entering the blood glucose reading.
4. Wait for the Suga Pro to process the calibration data. This may take a few minutes.
5. Once the Suga Pro has finished processing the calibration data, it will display a calibration number. This number should be used to adjust the smartwatch's readings to match the blood glucose meter's readings.
