* Authorization Policy for Wolfnotch Smartwatch Resellers:

1. Purpose
   This authorization policy outlines the terms and conditions for reselling Wolfnotch Smartwatch products. By becoming an authorized reseller, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions and to sell Wolfnotch Smartwatch products in accordance with the brand's standards.

2. Eligibility
   To become an authorized reseller of Wolfnotch Smartwatch products, you must meet the following requirements:

• Have a valid business license and tax identification number
• Have a physical retail location or an online store
• Have a reputation for ethical business practices
• Agree to sell Wolfnotch Smartwatch products at or above the brand's suggested retail prices

3. Responsibilities
   As an authorized reseller, you agree to:

• Only purchase Wolfnotch Smartwatch products from authorized distributors or directly from the brand
• Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations governing the sale of Wolfnotch Smartwatch products, including but not limited to consumer protection laws, advertising laws, and data privacy laws
• Maintain adequate inventory levels to meet demand for Wolfnotch Smartwatch products
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information about Wolfnotch Smartwatch products, including product descriptions, pricing, and availability, to customers
• Display the Wolfnotch Smartwatch brand and logo prominently in your store or on your website
• Not alter the Wolfnotch Smartwatch brand or logo in any way without prior written approval from the brand

4. Termination
   The brand reserves the right to terminate its relationship with any authorized reseller at any time for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Non-compliance with the terms and conditions outlined in this policy
• Engaging in unethical or illegal business practices
• Selling Wolfnotch Smartwatch products below the brand's suggested retail prices
• Engaging in any activity that damages the reputation of the Wolfnotch Smartwatch brand

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
   This authorization policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the brand is located. Any disputes arising out of or related to this policy shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the jurisdiction in which the brand is located.
6. Return & Refund
   Returns are accepted within 30 days from the original date of purchase.
   The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
   All included accessories, manuals, and promotional items must be returned.
   Please contact our customer support team within the 30-day return window to initiate the return process.

By becoming an authorized reseller of Wolfnotch Smartwatch products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by this authorization policy.
